The staff was WELCOMING and that's why we can recommend it. The hotel was set walking distance to matenadaran. Grand Candy, which is placed only 400 feet away, is a nice dining choice.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. the location is fantastic, right by the top of Mashtots St, making it incredibly easy to explore the city centre and visit all the major attractions on foot. The staff were extremely friendly and provided excellent service, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The rooms were well-maintained and included basic amenities such as a fridge, which was very convenient. The highlight for me was the delicious breakfast, especially the homemade jam – a lovely touch that added to the overall experience.

A small but Very comfortable hotel in a central location. A little bit of contemporary simplicity brought to a city lacking in this level of budget.

A minor problem is that its design is stone and wood, therefore a bit echoey from the corridor. But with only eight rooms this is not really a problem, just an observation.

This hotel is a hidden gem located in the heart of the city, super close to everything. You will be just steps away from the famous tourist attraction and surrounded by great restaurants and cafes. Rooms are large and spotlessly clean with comfortable beds. The staff is friendly and very helpful, offering exceptional service. The breakfast is simply delicious with eggs made to order and freshly baked bread.
